2. Quotes and Estimates

Website or telephone quote requests do not create a binding service agreement.

Initial estimates may be based on photographs, descriptions, dimensions, quantities, or other information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change after physical inspection if an item requires additional preparation, stripping, masking, repair, cleaning, or other work not reasonably visible when the initial estimate was prepared.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before performing material work outside the agreed scope.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and project information.

Disclosing known damage, contamination, previous repairs, coatings, fillers, or structural issues.

Removing items, components, or materials that cannot safely undergo preparation or curing unless otherwise agreed.

Identifying surfaces, openings, threads, bearing areas, or other locations requiring masking.

Picking up completed items within the agreed period.

Paying approved charges when due.

4. Existing Condition and Finish Variations

Results may be affected by an item’s material, age, corrosion, previous coatings, welds, repairs, contamination, casting quality, or other preexisting conditions.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly from digital images, printed samples, previously coated items, or different production batches. Minor texture, gloss, or color variations that are customary for the material and process do not necessarily constitute defective work.

5. Scheduling and Completion Times

Any completion date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Completion may be affected by material availability, project condition, workload, equipment maintenance, weather, vendor delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payment, Deposits, and Unclaimed Property

Payment terms, required deposits, and accepted payment methods may be stated in an estimate, invoice, or other written communication.

Completed property must be collected within the agreed period. Additional storage charges or other remedies may apply to property left unclaimed, subject to applicable law and prior notice.

7. Website Use

Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice. You may not:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorized access to systems.
